GRAPHIC DESIGN

My layout experience primarily involves magazines and posters, with occasional work on annual reports and brochures. I  designed layouts for their publications. Managing the Kwasind magazine for RCYC allowed me to expand my skill set.

My Roles:

Art Director, designer, writer, photographer and videographer.

Tools:
Abode Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Premiere.

At the RCYC, most of my work involved creating promotional posters for a wide range of monthly events, from social gatherings and regattas to dining events and more. I would collaborate closely with each event convener, discussing the event and the convener’s vision for the promotional materials. Depending on the event’s scale, sometimes a poster is sufficient, while other times additional collateral, such as menus, name cards, and brochures, may also be needed.

Growth is essential in design, and I believe it’s important for a designer to constantly expand thier knowledge and stay current with trends. By doing these key things, I can ensure that I’m always in a position to help elevate your business.

Logo Design

Another part of working at RCYC was logo design. Logos for a department or social group both inside and outside of the company.
